Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final on custom apparel, competition suits, and swimwear. We will make every effort to ensure your custom order meets your needs. Exchanges on non-custom items are on a situational basis.
Payment Plan Policy

The following deposits are required before we begin work on your suit:
•Men’s suits: 100% (paid in-full)
•Women’s posing practice suits and summer bikinis: 100% (paid in-full)
•Women’s stage suits: 50% deposit on the full cost
The deposit is non-refundable as we use the cost to cover materials and labor required to make your suit. Any discounts will be applied toward your balance. The balance on your suit shall be paid in-full prior to picking up your suit, or before the finished suit is mailed to you.
We accept payment via PayPal and credit card (Square). Cash or check will be accepted in-person only.
Shipping Policy

In remote fitting cases, it is your responsibility to mail the the base suit back in a timely manner to ensure meeting schedule requirements. The Client shall package the suit securely to avoid damage to the connectors, and we recommend insuring the package as well. The Client is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for replacing a lost or damaged suit for free. Return the suit to our business’ mailing address:

Quality Assurance Policy

Every suit, including embellishments including, but not limited to, connectors and rhinestones, is inspected for flaws before it is packaged and shipped or delivered. We cannot stress enough that you must be careful when handling your connectors. We realize that damage occurs inadvertently, so please contact us immediately if anything is broken on your new suit before show day. We’ll do our best to make arrangements for repair or replacement.

I hereby grant Jayme Szili the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to obtain images of me, including
A. Photographs and video from third party photographers, professional or otherwise;
B. Publicly posted photographs and video from any person and on any medium now or hereafter known;
C. Photographs and video taken by the Jayme Szili and her representatives.
I hereby confer on Jayme Szili the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the images that she has taken or obtained of me on or in which I may be included with others on
A. To copyright the same in her own name or any other name that she may select;
B. To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs and video, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotions, advertising and trade, and;
C. To use my name in connection therewith if she so decides.
I hereby release and discharge Jayme Szili from any and all claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of these photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
This authorization and release shall inure and benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Jayme Szili.
I hereby affirm that I an of full age and have the rights to contract in my own names. I have read and foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof. This release shall be binding upon be and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
